The Truth about Cabbage Soup Diet
This diet has nothing to do with either the Mayo Clinic nor any Sacred Heart Hospital. This diet restricts the intake of major food groups thus being dangerous specially for teens and children. Dieters might experience initial success, but the inability to sustain this weight loss in the long run will cause dieters to regain all of it back and then some. |
